On October 20, 2025, HeyTaco for Slack experienced an outage from 4:59 AM to 8:14 AM ET due to a widespread incident affecting one of our cloud providers. During this time, HeyTaco’s web app and Slack bot were temporarily unavailable for all users. Service was fully restored once our cloud provider resolved the underlying issue. We’re continuing to monitor performance closely and remain in contact with our cloud provider to understand the root cause and help prevent similar disruptions in the future. We sincerely apologize for the interruption and appreciate your patience while service was restored.
