Incident Report for HeyTaco

Resolved

On June 10, 2025, HeyTaco experienced an outage from 3:45 PM to 5:56 PM ET due to a widespread incident affecting Heroku, our hosting provider.

During this time, HeyTaco was intermittently unavailable for all users. Service was fully restored once Heroku resolved the underlying issue on their end.

We’re continuing to monitor performance closely, and we’re in contact with Heroku to better understand the root cause and prevent future disruptions.
